Corn Exchange

Now complete, the Corn Exchange building provides a stunning set piece at the heart of The Cornhill Quarter regeneration. The Grade II listed market building was built in 1879 and has a long tradition as a trading location in the city. It’s now home to Cosy Club, Whistles, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Moss Bros and Imp Travel. The last unit is available to let next to Whistles.

Exchange Square

This landmark building overlooks the newly created Exchange Square, which the people of Lincoln have taken to their hearts in sitting and enjoying the space. It’s already home to Everyman Cinema, The Botanist, Hobbs London and Phase Eight, with two units left to let.

Sincil Street

The focus for Sincil Street has been to retain the Victorian streetscape whilst extending and adapting the units to offer bright and attractive interiors to suit a variety of uses. Sincil Street offers direct access to the main transport links with an attractive walkway to the new 1000 space multi-storey car park, as well as the new bus station and train station at the south end of the street. We have one unit available at the moment which is next to Seasalt and has good visibility from the High Street.

The Masterplan

The Cornhill Quarter is the most significant refurbishment and new-build retail and leisure development in the heart of Lincoln city centre in recent times.

The overall regeneration zone has delivered in excess of 150,000 sqft of mixed use commercial floorspace, a £1.5m urban realm enhancement and a £30m investment in the city’s infrastructure – Lincoln really does look very different!
