The Botanist has been given the go ahead to open in The Cornhill Quarter next month! After a delay due to Coronavirus the owners have confirmed that their Lincoln branch will be opening mid-August.
The Botanist was signed on to Lincolnshire Co-op to an 8,000 square foot bar and restaurant split over 2 floors. The bar will be part of the third phase of the Cornhill Quarter development, which sits opposite the Corn Exchange Building.
There will be a main bar on the ground floor, with the restaurant and kitchen space on the first floor.
It has been confirmed that the building is 90% ready with finishing touches currently being done.
Due to coronavirus and social distancing rules there will not be any live music for the time being but there will still be the space for people to enjoy their food and drinks.
